Facilitator, Safety and Consent Officer....and volunteer for so many projects HAI has been a constant in my life since March 2000... there has never been a moment when I regretted any part of my choice to remain deeply involved and contributing. We talk about being a potent, contributing human being in our Mission Statement. that is what I strive for every day ...in joyous situations and complicated and difficult ones. I see beauty, tender vulnerability, hearts opening, boundaries being honored, respectful communication and powerful self knowledge awakening in people at every workshop I have the honor of leading, The work we invite you into has the possibility of changing you and the direction and substance of your life. You change you ... HAI simply asks you to look at your life. I choose a world of love and acceptance in my own heart each day.

Pathways to Intimacy is a powerful experiential workshop with carefully crafted exercises to support you in exploring ways of being with others that are deeply satisfying, intimate and nurturing. You choose your level of participation as the day unfolds.

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
♥  Learn powerful tools of communication
♥  Discover what is possible in opening up to others
♥  Examine and shed limiting notions of love and intimacy
♥  Increase clarity, honesty, and trust in all of your relationships
♥  Practice honoring your and others’ boundaries
♥  Directly experience your true beauty
 
Pathways to Intimacy is offered to all adults (18+) regardless of age, gender, experience,
sexual orientation, ethnicity, body size, or relationship status. Learn that we are all much more
alike than different.
