Event Summary

Your energy is unique, powerful and tinged in an array of colors and intensities. You have created, honed and sculpted your authentic presentation in the world. Taking on responsibility for your own energy in the world is a mantle of presence.

Come explore the sacredness, beauty, power and wonder of “Sacred Energy eXchange.” As you get in touch with your sacred energy, you will likely feel happier, more alert, alive, engaged, and more self-assured without having to “do” anything. There is often the feeling of being playful and connected and capable of opening your heart to everyone.  You can expect to:

  • Explore the range of energies of gender expression

  • Celebrate that we are sexual beings and experience giving and receiving

  • Honor, appreciate and love one another by practicing asking for what you want

HAI is adding a mandatory $45 surcharge to in-person weekend workshops to cover COVID testing and other COVID related expenses until they are no longer necessary.

HAI Global is committed to the safety of its participants, volunteers and employees. You will be asked to provide a negative COVID test 2-4 days before the workshop in addition to testing onsite at registration.

Event Team

Facilitators

Jason Weston has been a part of the Human Awareness Institute community for more than 40 years. As a facilitator, Jason assists individuals and couples in creating for themselves the lives they really want by guiding them to see and express their own beauty, power and love. Jason was trained at the Process Therapy Institute and holds a degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Jason is passionate about creating a world in which all people have their needs met, and nature is allowed to thrive. Jason lives with his life partner, Marci Graham, in a remote area of California, abundant with wildlife and beauty. Their commitment to telling “all the truth, all the time” is a cornerstone of their relationship.
Sarah is a lover of all people. She is a deeply kind, authentic, and revealing facilitator. She has been leading HAI workshops since 1995. Sarah creates the safety for men and women to thrive in areas of love, emotional intimacy, spirituality and sexuality. Her passion is working with women to shed their shame around sexuality and blossom into their sexual aliveness. She currently also leads her women’s workshop called "All About Sex for Women." Sarah is very open about her life and her history, allowing people to feel at ease and supported by her. She is a powerful leader and combines this with a lovely sense of humor. Sarah’s was trained in process therapy at the Process Therapy Institute. The quote she aspires to live by is, “I refuse to tiptoe carefully through life only to arrive safely at my grave.” She has three children and 5 grandchildren and a magnificent relationship with her husband Peter.

Event Details

Discover your own “right relationship” with the sacred energy within you. This workshop will empower you to truly own your love, emotions, sensuality, sexuality and spirituality and feel a deeper appreciation for the miracle of being alive in a human body.

Are you willing to bring all of yourself to every single moment?  Are you willing to own your energy and the way you choose to express without making excuses or dumbing it down? What if you knew you embodied your own gifts and it was only up to you to bring that essence to the world? If you do not cultivate and bring it to the world—the world will not have it—and it will be lost.

The world needs your gift.

“As the weekend went on I really began to let myself open to the playfulness and aliveness contained in my body. In a way, this workshop took what I learned about loving myself in Level 2 and supercharged it!” ~P.W.
