Be prepared for a weekend you cannot fully prepare for. Exploring surrender and control suggests being willing to step out of how you usually are, and try on something new. Whether you’re the consummate control freak (Type A anyone?), or habitually go with the flow, “whatever…”. Take this opportunity to dance your edges.

Testing with antigen self-tests is required for participation in HAI and HoH workshops. Before the workshop and every morning during the workshop.

The seminars will be held under the then applicable hygiene requirements of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Sometimes we don’t want to look—we don’t want to see those fragments of ourselves that control and those parts that capitulate under pressure. Sometimes we don’t want to see how others see us. What if the tension between control and surrender began to feel like the authentic tango of life? What if we surrendered to our sometimes impulse to control, and controlled our sometimes ache to surrender?

What if we closed our eyes and let the inner knowing of our body lead? What if we really saw ourselves the way others see us? What if we could fall to our knees and kiss the feet of the beauty of being human?
