Event Summary

Who is your tribe? What does your intimate pod of people love to do together? What is the drum beat of your community?

Do you join enthusiastically? Do you contribute? Do you stay on the sidelines? Do you allow yourself to be supported in all your feelings and ways of expressing? Do you lean into your people? Vulnerable self-revealing offers an intimate path to being known, to being seen, to being heard, to being love. What if you actually knew to the bottom of your being that you belong here?

HAI is adding a mandatory $45 surcharge to in-person weekend workshops to cover COVID testing and other COVID related expenses until they are no longer necessary.

HAI Global is committed to the safety of its participants, volunteers and employees. You will be asked to provide a negative COVID test 2-4 days before the workshop in addition to testing onsite at registration.

Event Team

Facilitators

Anne Watts is a certified hypnotherapist and an educator and counselor in the areas of human sexuality, sexual abuse, family stress, self-esteem and healing the inner child. She also works with financial and aging issues. Anne creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where participants experience being seen, heard and validated. She has the ability to read between the lines and hone in on the heart of the matter. Her depth of compassion and insight has helped many to find their own path. Since 1985, she has facilitated hundreds of workshops in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany and England.
Jason Weston has been a part of the Human Awareness Institute community for more than 40 years. As a facilitator, Jason assists individuals and couples in creating for themselves the lives they really want by guiding them to see and express their own beauty, power and love. Jason was trained at the Process Therapy Institute and holds a degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Jason is passionate about creating a world in which all people have their needs met, and nature is allowed to thrive. Jason lives with his life partner, Marci Graham, in a remote area of California, abundant with wildlife and beauty. Their commitment to telling “all the truth, all the time” is a cornerstone of their relationship.

Event Details

This workshop promises to build powerfully on the best of the principles from previous workshops. You’ll move closer to living the vision of an unconditionally loving and peaceful global family that supports the mission of The Human Awareness Institute, to cultivate “thriving and inclusive communities where people live together in dignity, respect, understanding, trust, kindness, compassion, reverence, honesty and love; a world of love and acceptance.”

You can expect to:

  • See yourself clearly through the eyes of others

  • Discover that no one is truly alone

  • Notice where you include people and where you don’t

  • Notice where you include yourself or not

You will be more aware of community, which is an expression of our larger selves. You’ll understand, through connection and acceptance, that there is something bigger than you. This is where it all starts to come together.

Exploring Vibrant Community reveals us as a deeply interconnected tribe, opening new possibilities for both you and those you choose to call family.

“Level 6. It was by far and away my favorite. I left feeling confident about who I am in community and feeling more loved than ever before!“~B.C.

Event Policy

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

We understand that forces out of your control and ours may happen. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to postpone or transfer a workshop date or offering. Once you are confirmed in a workshop, your payment is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, HAI has a myriad of workshops both in an in-person setting as well as a growing number of online offerings where you may transfer all or part of your deposit or workshop fee according to the following schedule:

  • 15 days or more prior to the workshop, 15% postponement fee
  • 8-14 days before a workshop date, 30% postponement fee
  • 7 days until the workshop starts, 50% postponement fee
  • Once the workshop starts, 100% fee (no refunds)

Postponement fee is a percentage of full workshop price at time of purchase and is based on the first date of a multiple event purchase.

REFUND POLICY

If a credit balance remains after fees are deducted, you have 1 year to use the credit by attending another online or in-person HAI workshop.

Once you start a workshop we ask that you stay for the entire time. We also realize that emergencies or illnesses may take place where you have to leave. Please contact a team member or facilitator if you need to leave.

After 1 year, all payments and/or credits expire and are non-refundable.

COVID ATTENDANCE POLICY

HAI Global is committed to the safety of its participants, volunteers and employees. Please refer to our COVID-19 Attendance Policy prior to registration.

HAI will continue to require all participants and staff to take a COVID test 2-4 days prior to the workshop and send proof of a negative result to us in advance of the event. You may use an antigen test, however, HAI highly recommends the more accurate PCR test. We also ask that you take extra precautions to avoid becoming infected (e.g., distancing, masking when in crowds) for the week prior to your workshop.

You will need to take an COVID test, (HAI provides) upon arrival at the workshop site, before your registration is complete.

Not passing the on-site COVID test, running a fever (99.5°F/37.5°C or more), exhibiting other symptoms of infectious illness (e.g., sore throat, swollen glands, sneezing, coughing, fatigue, rash, malaise), and/or not signing the waiver will result in disallowment from the event. If upon entering the event you find yourself sick or cannot produce the appropriate documents, you will be asked to leave. In either case, your registration fees will be rolled to a future workshop.

Because of the protocols we require to enter a workshop, we are not requiring masks nor social distancing during a weekend workshop.  We will have masks available on-site by request.

Carpooling: As much as HAI typically encourages carpooling, for now, we are asking people to drive separately if at all possible. Be aware that if anyone in the carpool tests positive then everyone in the carpool will be refused admission to the workshop and will need to reschedule.

HAI is adding a mandatory $45 surcharge to in-person weekend workshops to cover COVID-related expenses.

ADA POLICY

If you need an accommodation to attend a HAI event, contact your local HAI Office at least ten (10) days before the event and inform them of the nature of the disability and your needs. In the case of events held in private homes, additional time may be required.  See our ADA Policy for more information.

Service Animals, such as Guide Dogs/Seizure Dogs/Hearing Dogs are trained to perform specific tasks and are working animals, not pets. Pets, Therapy Dogs and Emotional Support Dogs, specifically, are not Service Animals and are not allowed at HAI events.
