Are you willing to take charge? Are you willing to control? Are you willing to ask for what you want? Are you able to trust?

Be prepared for a weekend you cannot fully prepare for. Exploring surrender and control suggests being willing to step out of how you usually are, and try on something new. Whether you’re the consummate control freak (Type A anyone?), or habitually go with the flow, “whatever…”. Take this opportunity to dance your edges.

HAI is adding a mandatory $45 surcharge to in-person weekend workshops to cover COVID testing and other COVID related expenses until they are no longer necessary.

HAI Global is committed to the safety of its participants, volunteers and employees. You will be asked to provide a negative COVID test 2-4 days before the workshop in addition to testing onsite at registration.

Jason Weston

Jason Weston has been a part of the Human Awareness Institute community for more than 40 years. As a facilitator, Jason assists individuals and couples in creating for themselves the lives they really want by guiding them to see and express their own beauty, power and love. Jason was trained at the Process Therapy Institute and holds a degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Jason is passionate about creating a world in which all people have their needs met, and nature is allowed to thrive. Jason lives with his life partner, Marci Graham, in a remote area of California, abundant with wildlife and beauty. Their commitment to telling “all the truth, all the time” is a cornerstone of their relationship.

We talk about being a potent, contributing human being in our Mission Statement. that is what I strive for every day ...in joyous situations and complicated and difficult ones. Event Details

Sometimes we don’t want to look—we don’t want to see those fragments of ourselves that control and those parts that capitulate under pressure. Sometimes we don’t want to see how others see us. What if the tension between control and surrender began to feel like the authentic tango of life? What if we surrendered to our sometimes impulse to control, and controlled our sometimes ache to surrender?

What if we closed our eyes and let the inner knowing of our body lead? What if we really saw ourselves the way others see us? What if we could fall to our knees and kiss the feet of the beauty of being human?
