This one-day training covers the activities, ethics and tools used by Assistants, including exercises in active listening, leading small groups, clear communication, and functioning as part of a team.

As a participant you have noticed how smoothly the workshop proceeds, from jobs to supplies to small group leadership, etc.  You have come to rely on team members to support you through issues and confusions, to support you in doing the work you've come to do, without fixing or imposing, but rather facilitating and respecting.  This day of training consists of the tools and skills needed to be in service rather than guidance.  Job assignments, Team meetings, Small group leadership, etc are among the topics of this training day.

Anyone who has taken L3 may take the team training.  You are not required to apply to be on team.  You may wish to take it just for your growth.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may transfer or cancel up to 24 hours before the event begins with no fees. Starting 24 hours before the event is scheduled to begin, your workshop fee is no longer transferable or refundable.
